Original Self was founded by Lewis King in 2022. The vision was to build independent home-fragrance brand with a desire to spread positivity through the power of scent.

The main focus was to create high quality, sustainable fragrances without the hefty price tag and to be able to give back to the community. We do this by donating a percentage of our profits to mental health charities every year. Little changes can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing, and we believe our fragrances can help improve your mindset, mood and motivation.

We value clean ingredients which is why we have put time and effort in to develop our very own blend of toxin-free wax, made from a clever combination of 100% soy and coconut wax. There are no additives or preservatives, and no parabens, pthalates or sulphates. Our candles are powered purely by natural essential oils and fragrances, and never, ever tested on animals.
